Candidates should hold a first academic degree and have at least three years of work experience.
They must be fluent in English. (Candidates without a first academic degree must have substantially
more work experience and a proven career track).

Candidates are encouraged to apply online.

Application deadline is July 2011. Since class size is limited, and since admissions are granted permanently (rolling admissions), candidates should apply early.
