The PLD consists of 38 days of classroom training, organised in four week-long modules (five days, Monday-Friday), and six weekend modules (three days, Thursday-Saturday).
The Leadership and Development Course (LEAD programme), developed by ESADE, will form an essential part of the PLD and will develop key personal competencies at the same time as participants learn concepts of leadership.
