3. Implementations

Part three from the Book focuses on the implementation of the GIM Experience. The section is organised as follows:

  • The first part with recommendations for implementing the GIM experience including a description of the key steps for a successful design and implementation.
  • The second part, explains the three different Editions carried within the GIM experience:
    • the 2012 – 2013 Pilot Local Edition at ESADE Business School,
    • the 2013 – 2014 International Edition with the participation of the Business Schools partners (NYU Stern, Bocconi and Sogang University) and
    • the second International Edition in 2014 – 2015.

In each of the GIM’s Editions parts, it has been described the structure and design of the experience, as well as its challenges for their participants and the evaluation of the Edition.
