Figure 8. Deliverables Edition 2014-2015
Taking into account feedback received from the students and academic participants of the first international edition, some adjustments were made to the schedule and deliverables of the 2014-2015 edition. Rather than stagger the start date for students from the different business schools, a common start and end date was established accommodating each institution’s academic calendar. In the end, the second international edition took place over 12 weeks and, as a result, the number and nature of both team and individual deliverables had to be altered.
The number of group deliverables was reduced to two; a preliminary proposal of their team report that was submitted half-way through the course, and a final report and presentation handed in at the end of the course.

By making use of the technology of their choice, students then produce a short presentation that details the findings of their team report. |
Throughout the course, complementing these group deliverables, students were asked to completed a number of individual deliverables and activities which are detailed in Table 16. These activities and deliverables were mostly optional and did not affect students’ final deliverables grade. However, active participation was encouraged and taken into account by tutors when assigning their grade.

A new edition to the 2014-2015 was the incorporation of online synchronous question-answer sessions with the academic team of professors at ESADE and project leaders from each of the business schools. These synchronous dialogues took place at two points throughout the module via specially designed forums, and allowed for students to raise doubts and post questions on the topic and receive feedback from academic experts from the three fields of knowledge.
