Project Leaders
Each participating business school appointed a project leader who was actively involved in the planning and execution of the international editions of the GIM, making decisions on the schedule of the module and the assessment process, as well as providing material. This figure was in charge of the recruitment process at their business school and, in the case of NYU Stern, the project leader taught the GIM as part of his elective course. Moreover, as mentioned in the assessment sections above, project leaders were actively involved in evaluating the work produced by students.
Project leaders had to be available for distance meetings which were held monthly throughout the year, and fortnightly during the period of the module. Face to face project leader meetings also took place yearly in Barcelona.
